Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed before 10 am our local time, will take 1–2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3–5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express Green Climate Neutral, for domestic free shipment we also use Bring. Visit our FAQ for further questions about shipping and returns.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, you can use our return note that follows with your delivery, and we will refund the amount when we receive the return order. Can I get my product personalized?
