Shipping policy

Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Domestic orders are sent with Bring. We have a fixed shipping cost of NOK 59 and free shipping on orders over NOK 1000. You can also choose Express Delivery for a cost of NOK 200.

All International orders are sent with DHL Express, delivered duty paid.

Norwegian DHL Express orders (NOK 200) will be delivered within 1-2 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation, if you wish to have it sent with a lower cost you can opt to have it sent with the Norwegian postal service, at a slower delivery time, 2-4 days.

Nordic DHL Express orders (NOK 255) will be delivered within 1-2 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

European DHL Express orders (NOK 310) will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

Overseas DHL Express orders (NOK 400) will be delivered within 3-5 days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible and at the latest, 3 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during very busy periods, public holidays, and severe weather conditions. STUDIO EBN is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your goods as a result of errors or delays from the shipping provider. All orders are primarily shipped with DHL Express and will be delivered to your provided address.

In the exceptional case, that you have not received your order within 5 business days after it is dispatched, we ask that you contact our Customer Service (ebenonisen@gmail.com) or use our contact form. Should you, in an unlikely event, not receive your goods, your payment will be refunded.

Return

If you change your mind about an item you have the right to return the item 14 days after you receive your order. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive your return shipment and refund the full amount the same way you paid for it. You can also exchange items for another size or type. Please note that we can not cover the return shipping cost. If we receive a notification from you by email that you want to return your item after 14 days of receiving it, we accept a return that is shipped later than 14 days.

1) To return an order please use the same packing you received it in and enclose the sales receipt that followed the order together with the return form.

2) Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.

3) Send the return package to STUDIO EBN, Postboks 50, 8001 Bodø, Norway

Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition if your returns are from outside Norway.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches STUDIO EBN.
